Physical Education & Activity

MHS is a strong supporter of the comprehensive school physical activity program (CSPAP). Using this national framework, schools dive into five components of physical activity for youth: physical education, physical activity during school, physical activity before and after school, staff involvement, and family and community involvement. MHS helps schools align curriculum and instruction to CSPAP taught to grades K-12.
